1. General
These terms govern your use of the Bush Hawk RC online store and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Payment is processed securely via Yoco. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
3. Delivery & shipping
We deliver nationwide within South Africa. Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Free delivery applies to orders over R3 000. Below that, shipping is charged by weight and your chosen courier:
- PUDO (locker / counter): R80 under 1 kg, R100 for 1-2 kg, R150 for 2-4 kg. (Not available over 4 kg.)
- Normal courier (door-to-door): R120 under 1 kg, R180 for 1-3 kg.
Please note: Bush Hawk RC is run as a sideline business to support the hobby. We do our best to dispatch promptly, but occasional delays may occur. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
4. Returns & refunds
Faulty or incorrect items may be returned in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
