Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched for a full refund.

For special-order, imported, custom-made, or pre-order items, cancellation requests may be subject to supplier charges, import costs, payment processing fees, or other expenses already incurred. Any applicable deductions will be communicated before a refund is processed.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our returns policy.

Bush Hawk RC is a small owner-operated business and reserves the right to refuse cancellations where goods have already been ordered, manufactured, prepared, or dispatched specifically for the customer.
