At Bush Hawk RC, we are a small, owner-operated business run alongside full-time commitments. While we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, shipping times may be longer than those of larger retailers.

Order Processing

- In-stock items are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

- During busy periods, public holidays, or events, processing may take longer.

- Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Shipping

- Orders are shipped via reputable courier services where available.

- Delivery times provided by couriers are estimates and are outside of our control once the parcel has been dispatched.

- Tracking information will be provided when available.

Pre-Orders and Special Orders

- Some products may be listed as pre-order or imported on demand.

- Delays caused by suppliers, customs, or shipping companies may occur and are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bush Hawk RC cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery details.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. Any shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package so that we can assist with a claim where possible.
